Charlene Susan Shukala, age 75, of North Prairie formerly of Phillips, WI died peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Angels Grace Hospice, Oconomowoc.

Charlene was born September 12, 1941 in Colby, WI to Richard and Elise (Prihoda) Allen. She married Peter Joseph Shukala on July 3, 1984 in Hayward, WI. Peter preceded her in death in 2014.

Family will hold a Celebration of Life for Charlene at a later date this summer.
