Gregory J. KITSON

Gregory (Greg) J. Kitson passed away in his home in Johnson Creek on the evening of October 31, 2017.

Greg was born in Kenosha, WI on May 10, 1963 to Gladys (Kellermeier) Kitson and the late Thomas E. Kitson, Jr. Greg grew up with his three sisters in Bohner's Lake, WI. He attended Burlington Senior High School (Class of 1981) and earned a bachelor of science degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 1992. He served in the Army National Guard and Wisconsin National Guard Reserves. Greg was the President and Owner of Kitson Environmental Services, Inc. for the past 21 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a registered descendant member of Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.

Greg is preceded in death by his father Thomas E. Kitson Jr. He is survived by his mother, Gladys (Bruce) Kubitz, his brother, Rick Higgins, his sisters, Kit (Terry) Hines, Lyn (Jay) Trzeniewski, and Michele (Pete) Ikusz, his nieces, Cassandra (Jon) Wysochonski, Alexandra Kitson, Rachel Hines, and Andrea Trzeniewski and his nephews, Terry Hines Jr., Aaron Hines, Johnathan Ikusz and Thomas Ikusz.

Greg's life will be celebrated on Saturday, November 4 at Norway Lutheran Church located at 6321 Heg Park Rd, Wind Lake, WI with visitation beginning at 10AM and a service at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made in Greg's name to the College of the Menominee Nation, PO Box 1179, Keshena, WI 54135. Gifts may be sent to the attention of Irene Kiefer, Director of Advancement.
