Ilse Marie (Voigt) WILLIAMS

Ilse Marie Williams (nee Voigt), 86, died peacefully September 13th after a short struggle with cancer. Ilse was preceded in death by her husband Walter, her parents, sister Ruth and brother Albert. She is survived by her loving sister Irma Zastrow, sister-in-law LaVerne Voigt, and will be greatly missed by her children, Valerie (Larry Gleason) Williams, Lynn (Ron) Palick, Bruce (Debbie) Williams, and Paul (Sherrie) Williams, along with many nieces, nephews and grandchildren, as well as by her broader family including Marie Williams , the Hen Club, the Germans, Sheepshead and Dominos players.  Ilse will be missed by her good friends at The Hillside Woods Apartment complex, and by other friends she’s made throughout her life. She will be buried alongside her husband at Union Grove Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Per her wishes no funeral will be held.  In lieu of flowers, good food should be eaten and a good time had by all.
