Mark "Pastor Mark" Allen LENZ

Mark Allen Lenz, A.K.A. Pastor Mark, age 56, of Jefferson, WI, found Eternal Peace surround by his family on Thursday, December 29, 2016.

Mark was born on November 19, 1960, to Roger and Audrey (Reynard) Lenz in Fort Atkinson, WI.  On July 9, 2005, he married the love of his life, Pamela Kaye Stewart, in Jefferson, WI.

Pastor Mark was known for many things, he loved many things, but none more than his Beloved Lovergirl Pam.  Their love was pure, honest, and they were devoted to one another.  Mark was a religious man that lived his life according to The Good Book.  He was always looking to help wherever he could and let the word of God show through his actions.  Mark was always busy, be that remodeling, writing poetry for Pam, sending letters to his daughters, praying or playing with his grandkids. People were always sure to feel welcomed and loved when they came over to Mark and Pam’s home.

Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Pam of Jefferson; his daughters, Theresa (Chuck) Westover of Washington D.C. and Melissa (Jason) Heinz of Florida; his grandchildren, Brady, Harper, and Mason; his four-legged babies, Maggie and Mokie; his mother, Audrey Lenz of Lake Mills; his sister, Pamela (Herbert) Altenburg of Lake Mills; his niece, Leah; other relatives and many good friends.

Preceding him in death was his best friend and father, Roger.

A memorial service for Mark will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 11:00AM at Crossroads Community Church, Johnson Creek , WI, officiated by Mark’s friend, Rev. Jim Playter. The doors to the church will open at 10:30AM.  A time of fellowship will follow the service.

Memorial contributions in Mark’s name may be directed to the family and are greatly appreciated.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to his doctors – Amit Sanyal, Toby Campbell, Jasmine Hudnall - and their staffs. They not only took amazing care of Mark, but also of his entire family.
