We get a lot of questions about what packages we offer and are often met with confusion when we state that we do not use packages. Though several of our competitors utilize package pricing, we would like to explain why we don’t.

Everything we do here at Thelen Funeral Services has a heavy emphasis on personalization. We believe every funeral is unique and should be handled as such. We trend towards what could be viewed as an a la carte method to allow for full customization. We don’t want you locked into a package that lacks items that you want or forces you into paying for things you don’t want. We don’t want our families thinking that they only have to pay a set price for a package and end up paying more “hidden fees” because they want or need something that doesn’t fit within that package scope.

The way we see it, to truly make packages fit our customers to the fullest extent, we would have to have thousands of packages as no two people would want the exact same thing and we want to make this YOUR plan.
