Dennis Martin Barth, age 69, passed away at his home on Monday, June 4, 2018. Dennis was born to Charles and Irene (Kozminski) Barth on May 11, 1949 in Milwaukee, WI.

Dennis is survived by his 3 children, Angela (Steve) Hawk, Sarah Barth and Ronald (Jaimee) Barth; his 3 granddaughters, Megan, Madison and Stephanie; his siblings, Charles (Cathy) Barth, Michael Barth and Lori Lindner; other relatives and friends.

Preceding Dennis in death are his parents, Charles and Irene and a sister, Mary Ellen Barth.

No formal funeral services are planned at this time for Dennis.
