Margaret Mary (Guthrie) KETTENHOVEN

Margaret Mary (Guthrie) Kettenhoven, age 80, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 in North Prairie, WI.  Margaret was born on January 10, 1939, the daughter of the late Robert and Mina Guthrie.  She graduated from Shorewood High School.  She married her loving husband, John W. Kettenhoven in Dubuque, IA and had that marriage blessed on September 23, 1962 at St. Mary’s Church in Port Washington.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John in 1989, her dear sister Willie Guthrie, her dear brother in law Jame (Phylis) Kettenhoven and her father and mother-in-law, John and Elenore Cheslock.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her loving sister, Jean Ann Guthrie Bodwin of Mesa, AZ; her 7 children, Kathyrn (Jeff) Seznak, Jill (Vern) Klokow, Robert Kettenhoven, Michael (Stacie Malueg) Kettenhoven, John (Kris) Kettenhoven, Richard (Kenda) Kettenhoven and William (Lisa) Kettenhoven; her 18 grandchildren, Sarah, Bryan, Kevin, Jennifer, Joe, Cory, Cassandra, Sean, John J., Shawn, Morgan, Veronica, Jarred, Jaedyn, Colin, Faith, Austin and Tannor; her 8 great-grandchildren, Jordan, Kenedeigh, Noah, Carter, Payton, Parker, Riley and Reese; nieces and nephews of the Kettenhoven and Bodwin families and many wonderful and dear friends.

Memorial Mass for Margaret will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 2:00PM at St. Theresa Catholic Church (136 W. Waukesha Road, Eagle, WI) with Fr. Loyola Amalraj officiating.  A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00PM until the time of mass at the church. Burial of cremated remains will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 11:00AM at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Washington.
