Francis "Buck" A. ROBERTSON, Jr.

Francis A. “Buck” Robertson, Jr., age 68, passed away at his residence in Mukwonago on Saturday, January 29, 2022. Buck was born on September 2, 1953 in Erie, PA to Francis and Marian (Dixon) Robertson, Sr.   He graduated from Habor Creek HS in 1971, then joined the Navy at 17 and his years of service brought him to Wisconsin.  Buck met Jeri Peterson while working for Delco Electronics and on August 29, 1981 they were married in Franklin, WI.

Buck loved spending time outdoors. He went scuba diving and deep sea fishing in Hawaii, but also relaxed by floating around his own backyard pool. He rode horses and Harley’s, and liked the wind in his hair. So much so, that he even took a couple turns at skydiving! Most of all though, Buck enjoyed hunting. He hunted throughout Wisconsin and also took a trip out west and to Canada. He was always proud to show off his mounts on the wall. He shared his love for hunting with a number of friends. 

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Jeri; his daughter, Nicki; his sisters Roxanne Howard and Sarah (fiancé Todd Schersten) Peters; sisters-in-law, Celia (James) Spiropoulos and Joy Peterson; God child, Rebecca Smith, many nieces, nephews and good friends. Preceding him in death are his parents; his sisters, Nancy Robertson and Ginny Rossman; brother-in-law, Tracy Howard.

Funeral services for Buck will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 4:30PM at Thelen Funeral Services (W309S4840 Commercial Drive, North Prairie—NW corner of Hwy’s 83 and 59) with military honors to follow. A memorial gathering and time of sharing with family and friends will be from 3:30PM until the time of services.
