Harold Melvin HENDERSON

Harold Melvin “HAL” Henderson, age 74 of North Prairie, WI passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.  Hal was born on April 8, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI to Orville and Mildred (Hansen) Henderson.  He married the love of his life, Sandra K. Seehawer on August 17, 1968 in Milwaukee.

Hal served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He went on a Stars and Stripes Honor Flight to commemorate his service.  Hal owned and operated Synergy Service Group since 1992.  He was and will forever be looked at as the “Shining star at the center of his families lives.”  Hal was an honest man who loved and protected his family above all else.  Hal made friends wherever he went.  He was a personable man with a heart of gold, always putting others before himself.  Hal will be deeply missed by any and all that knew him.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Sandra; his daughters, Kim (Danny) Stoltz and Nichol (Michael) Sobotik; his 3 grandchildren, Zachary (Fiancé, Kyerstin), Kaitlin and Mason; his 2+ great-grandchildren, Reed, Mariah and soon to be-Hazelle Mae; his brothers, Jeffrey (Linda) and Dan; his niece and nephews, Penny, Jimmy, Denny and Danny; his close friend and cousin, Cliff Scheffler; other relatives and many, many good friends.

Preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Gregory and Orville.

The family would like to thank the ProHealth Cancer Center in Mukwonago, especially Dr. Christopher Hake and staff for their loving and compassionate care of Hal.

A funeral service for Hal will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1:00PM at Thelen Funeral Services (W309S4840 Commercial Drive, North Prairie—NW corner of Hwy’s 83 and 59) with military honors to follow.  A visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00AM until the time of the services.
