John Joseph Kubacki

John Joseph Kubacki, age 63, of Hartland, WI passed away with his loving family surrounding him on Monday, October 15, 2018.  John was born on September 10, 1955 in Milwaukee, WI to John Harold and Arlove (Kuusisto) Kubacki.  He married the love of his life Cheryl Lynn Kos on January 12, 1974 at St. Matthias Catholic Church in Milwaukee.

John was survived by his wife of 44 years, his children and grandchildren. He had a tremendous passion for his northern Wisconsin cabin.  A treky at heart, through and through.  And let’s not forget his two favorite colors….Green and Gold.  Go Pack Go.

He will surely be missed by all that knew him.

John is survived by his wife, Cheryl; his children, Laura (Jason) Charland and John (Tonya) Kubacki; his grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Jaden, Korbin and Merrik; his siblings, Robert (Sue) Kubacki, Joseph Kubacki and Mary (Pat) Heaney; his father and mother-in-law, Marco and Rosemary Kos; sister-in-law, Christine (Don) Henze; brother-in-law, Russell (Aimee) Kos; other relatives and many friends.

Preceding John are his parents.

A gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 3:00PM until the time of his Life Celebration Ceremony at 5:00PM at Thelen Funeral Services (W309 S4840 Commercial Drive, North Prairie—NW corner of Hwy’s 83 and 59).  

Memorial contributions in John’s name can be directed to the family for distribution to his favorite charities, and are greatly appreciated.
