Shirley Marie FOY

Shirley Marie Foy, age 62 of North Prairie, was born to eternal life on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.  Shirley was born April 5, 1961 in Massachusetts to Raymond and Mabel (Fitting) Brochu.

Survivors include her husband John Foy; her sisters, Kathleen Stidham and Gail (Joe) Luszcz; her four legged children, Raevyn and Jaspurr; her nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

Preceding Shirley in death are her parents.

Shirley is originally from Rhode Island.  She met John in 1980 when he was stationed in Newport and they were married in 1987.  She was a loving caring wife, soulmate and best friend.  She worked at ProHealth Care for 25 years in various positions her most recent was Supervisor of Hospital outpatient coding. She loved any kind of “crafty stuff”; scrapbooking, stamping, card making and many others and was very talented. She always looked forward to the annual fall anniversary camping trip. She enjoyed the fall colors, hiking, fishing, campfires, time spent with friends but not always the weather. Shirley was an animal lover through and through. She had a strong love for sloths and dreamed of traveling to Costa Rica to see them in the wild. She loved her cats Raevyn and Jaspurr and they definitely miss her.  There will be a void in many people’s lives with her gone.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Paul’s Catholic Parish (S38W31602 Wern Way, Waukesha, WI 53189), on Friday, June 2, 2023 at 11:00AM with visitation from 10AM until time of mass. Burial at St Paul’s Parish Cemetery will be held privately.
